As a professional chef and manager of a well-known restaurant in the Basque Country, a region famous worldwide for its gastronomy and the importance of cooking in our society, I have always made an effort to stay at the forefront of every new development
affecting the management of my establishment.

SKOON is a tool that will help improve the power for cutting different foods with knives, while at the same time protecting the hands of myself and my assistants from discomfort and injury.

SKOON is the result of a lengthy creative process of designing and manufacturing a new grip for professional knives that, at least in my kitchen, has become a fundamental tool for increasing productivity and improving hygiene and occupational safety.
